Job Purpose

Do you have a passion for solving IT issues? Are you interested in developing your IT expertise within an innovative sustainability focused group using the latest tools? The IT Specialist will be our go-to for all things IT related! This position will help the rest of the web, communications, and client service team with system design, troubleshooting, coding support, and project support as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Act as a resource for debugging IT & web-related issues
• Turn ideas into reality by helping develop and integrate leading edge outreach campaigns using our Salesfore.com Enterprise platform.
• Support web team members on larger projects as necessary
• Coordinate with other team members and functional areas on projects

Skills Required

• Excellent database management knowledge using Salesforce.com and APEX
• Thorough knowledge of Windows Server 2012 R2
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Strong communications skills
• A passion for linking your IT expertise to improving local sustainability efforts

Time commitment

Approximately 5 hours per week, including bi-weekly team meeting.
