When services resume, the following safety measures are in place for all home visits:
- You will receive two screening calls prior to the Home Energy Evaluation.
- The first call will be made at the time of the booking. The second call will be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled home visit.
- Any special requests, to keep us all safe, can be made during the screening calls.
- Our Registered Energy Advisors will wear masks throughout all home visits.
- The Energy Advisors will carry with them, and use, both hand sanitizer and disinfectant spray.
- Gloves and shoe covers, or indoor shoes, are available and will be worn if requested.
- Social distancing will be maintained throughout the Home Energy Evaluation.
We continue to monitor the situation and will make any adjustments to the above procedures as required.
