Home Energy Grants and Rebates
Energy efficiency incentive programs are provided by government and industry to help residents understand where their house is losing energy and to do the upgrades that will conserve energy and save money.
We take the guess work out of home-energy upgrades and incentive programs. We will pre-authorize your eligibility and complete all the paper work for your cash-back rebate.
Current Incentives Available
February / 2024
Through HELP, Toronto homeowners can borrow up to $125,000 to cover the cost of home energy improvements, making it easy and affordable for homeowners to pay for home improvements over time and access rebates offered by utility companies and the Federal government.
New Heat Pump top-up rebates are available to help more Durham residents afford heat pumps and enjoy energy efficiency. These top-ups are in addition to 3rd party rebates including the Home Efficiency Rebate Plus program.
The Deep Retrofit Rebate is now fully subscribed, and is currently not accepting new applications. Please check back in January 2024 for information on new rebate offerings.
